In commercial property management, billions of dollars in liability rest on a simple assumption: that vendor inspections actually happened. Fire suppression, elevator maintenance, HVAC servicing, environmental compliance — property managers trust that the work was done because someone filled out a form.

But nobody verifies. Inspection platforms digitize the clipboard. Credentialing platforms check licenses. Neither proves the work was performed. When an unverified inspection leads to a failure, the property owner carries the liability — not the vendor, not the platform.

Vetra exists to close that gap. We're not an inspection platform. We're the verification layer that existing platforms don't have. A technician arrives, starts a verified session, and produces tamper-evident proof that work was actually performed — geolocation, cryptographic timestamps, and visual evidence chained together.

That proof flows to whoever needs it: the property manager, the integration partner, the insurer, the regulator.
